Inside each drawer is a 6 deep food pan, and since the drawers open fully, you won’t have to tilt the pan and risk spilling the contents when placing or retrieving the pan. Each drawer has its own thermostatic control complete with temperature display and on/off switch so you are able to set the right temperature required by different products. The control panel is recessed to protect from unintended adjustments that may occur if the kitchen starts to get a little crowded during peak hours. The drawer panels can also be customized with a specific color if you want to color-code your warming drawers for faster identification of products.
